01Who is responsible for your data?
The controller is Palmir's publisher, OKNILIK Szoftverkészítő és Szaktanácsadó Kft. (Tüskésréti út 5., 7632 Pécs, Hungary). For questions or requests, write to hello@palmir.app.
02What do we store?
Your email address, the language you signed up in, when you signed up, which consent text you accepted, and when you confirmed your sign-up.
03What do we use it for, and on what legal basis?
After you sign up, we send one confirmation email. Once you confirm, you get one more email when Palmir launches, telling you the app is ready to download. We send nothing else and use your address for nothing else.
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
04Who has access?
Emails are sent on our behalf by Resend (USA), your address is stored in Neon's database (EU), and the service runs on Vercel (EU / USA). They process the data as processors, on our instructions. Where data may leave the European Economic Area, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses provide appropriate safeguards.
We do not share it with anyone else, and we never sell it.
05How long do we keep it?
We delete it at the latest 12 months after Palmir launches. If you leave via the link in the confirmation email, we delete your address straight away.
06What are your rights?
You can ask us to show you what we store about you, and to correct or delete it. You can withdraw your consent at any time: leave via the link in the confirmation email, or write to hello@palmir.app.
If you feel we have breached your rights, you can complain to the Hungarian supervisory authority (NAIH, naih.hu) or to the authority where you live.
